About Me

Cintia is a Colorado native and currently attends MSU Denver where she is pursuing a degree in Political Science. As Office Coordinator, she helps create a welcoming environment for both clients and the team. Cintia enjoys being someone others can rely on and takes pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes. 

Helping Organize the Chaos

Cintia has always cared about the little things and likes finding ways to make busy environments feel more manageable. Whether she is keeping things organized or anticipating what the team may need next, she enjoys bringing structure to busy environments. She believes that sometimes the smallest details can make the biggest difference.

Cintia values kindness, empathy, reliability, and treating people with respect. Her background in public service strengthened her belief that people deserve to feel heard and supported, especially when navigating situations that may be unfamiliar or overwhelming.

My Work Style

Organized and always willing to learn, Cintia likes to understand not only what needs to be done, but how she can make the process better. She is naturally curious and enjoys finding practical solutions, creating systems, and staying one step ahead whenever she can.

Outside the Office

Outside of work, Cintia can usually be found reading, writing, listening to music or spending time with her cat, Mochi. She loves history, politics, and storytelling in just about every form.

As a first-generation college student and the daughter of immigrants, Cintia’s perspective has been shaped by the importance of hard work, opportunity and having people in your corner.
