Emily hails from an immigrant family and has dedicated her career to expanding access to quality legal services to community members from diverse backgrounds and identities.
Emily’s Approach
Emily believes in empowering her clients to understand and to take hold of their own legal and human rights. She doesn’t use “legalese” and is committed to giving her clients options they can understand. Emily will meet you where you are, regardless of your background or your present legal complications.
Emily’s Experience
Emily has been serving the Colorado community for over a decade. She has represented clients in Immigration Law, Family Law, Probate Litigation, and Civil Litigation matters. She also serves as a Child’s Legal Representative (CLR).
Emily is a bilingual mediator (English/Spanish) with experience devising creative solutions for divorce and child custody cases, landlord-tenant issues, HOA-homeowner issues, and business-customer disputes. Emily is dedicated to resolving conflicts in ways that allow people to move forward into their next chapter.
